Getting to the clinic
Istanbul has two airports. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) on the Asian side is closest to the clinic — around 30–40 minutes by car. Istanbul Airport (IST) on the European side is about 60–80 minutes. Both have direct flights from most of Europe.
We arrange a private driver to meet you on arrival and take you to your hotel, then between your hotel and the clinic for every appointment, and back to the airport at the end.

Visa & entry
Citizens of the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland and most EU countries do not need a visa for short tourist stays in Turkey. Some nationalities need an e-Visa, which is issued online in minutes.
Always check the current rules for your own passport before you book. You enter as a tourist; no special medical visa is required for dental treatment.

Money & payment
You pay the clinic directly. Card, bank transfer and cash (euros, pounds or US dollars) are all accepted. Your quote is fixed in euros before you travel.
There is no large upfront deposit for most treatments; a small booking amount may be requested to reserve your dates and hotel.

Language & communication
Your coordinator and dentist speak English. Interpreters for German, French, Polish, Arabic and other languages can be arranged on request for your appointments.

What to bring
Bring anything that helps the dentist plan: a recent panoramic X-ray or CT if you have one, a list of your medications, and details of any medical conditions (diabetes, blood thinners, heart conditions, allergies).

Safety, hygiene & aftercare
Dentritz is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and follows international sterilisation standards. Implants and crowns come with a written guarantee.
You leave with written aftercare instructions and your treatment records. Your coordinator stays reachable on WhatsApp, and for implant cases you return after about three months for the permanent teeth.
